Director of Design, Jose M. Fonseca worked with EM Chen Associates on the design of this clubhouse for the USGA rated Guam International Country Club. The clubhouse features a lobby, pro shop, lounges, guest rooms, banquet halls as well as a starting terrace overlooking the links. The design sought to strike a balance between the Chinese heritage of the developers with the symmetry of classic European architecture.
