Acting as architects, engineers and builders, Atelier L.A. completed a design build architectural restoration of the 1908 built Hobart Bungalows, restoring the site’s intrinsic charm. Afterwards, charged with leasing and management of the 20+ unit complex Atelier completed a truly turnkey development and created value for its investor while enhancing the surrounding community.
